Just a "quick" try at traditional Frame By Frame animation. Of course by "quick" I mean in that its just a really short loop; not that it took a little while to make. It took me over 7 hours or so in total (not all in one sitting XD)-_-. Instead of putting in a video mpeg and tracing over it; I actually was looking at a Cowboy BeBop DVD that I hired (I have a TV that I can see near my laptop) and so instead of tracing I looked at one of the characters and drew down into flash a few of his movements. Although it looks a lot better than Tweened stuff; it takes a shit load of time to do I copied one of the characters' from the DVD instead of making my own as I've never done something like this (in that I havn't created a FBF with Human/Anime type style to it) and as such arn't great enough with proportions to start creating my own characters. I've sped up the Frame rate a lot compared to my other flashes since its a loop; it looks smoother and you can still see what's going on with the high frame rate.
Anyways it would be great if you could comment on it; as it took me a lot of time to make. Wouldn't it be awesome to make a whole FBF Flash movie using just the line tool and the paint bucket? Infact; no it wouldn't be. It would be awesome to watch; not make XD
That's pretty neat! I'm using the line tool for my movie, and yeah, it's not that fun to use as it takes a long time, but I think the outcome is very smooth.
That is fucking great! His ear moves a bit weird and things but blehg, it fucking rocks. I could never do alot of fbf with lines because it is tedious and I am lazy. ~Brush 4 Ever~
Myself *FrozenStarRo and my friend ~Lareth were thinking of making a weekly photomanipulation features But we needed someone else with a good observing eye to help us pick the best manips so we asked for our friends' *Iardacil and ~Sylwiaa help. The result can be found here.
